How are we better than Spotify?

The Habit Trap

Sometimes you want to turn on music so it’s just in the background while you do other things. At moments like that you go into Spotify to put on one of your favorite albums, but even that doesn’t help. First comes the agony of choosing what to play, and then – either the music is good and you listen to it instead of working, or it’s bad and you want to switch it. The result: you spent 30 minutes trying to create a working mood, but you still didn’t do anything.

What solutions are there?

The solution is ADHD Music Focus. We respect your time and want productive work to be one click away. We developed 6 presets based on white, pink, brown noise and lofi melodies. Why those in particular?

Let’s start with white and pink noise. According to conducted studies, noise of these colors helps people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) concentrate better on work. The brain tries to make sense of the randomness of the noises and therefore doesn’t engage in the constant search for other stimuli. So far this is the best hypothesis for why white and pink noise have a positive effect.

Even if you haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD, our service may still be useful for you. One of the recipes for entering a “flow” state is to do something whose difficulty slightly exceeds your current abilities. You can experiment with brown noise or with LoFi melodies until your brain becomes a little overloaded – it’s in that state that a person falls into focus, into flow.

Experiment and find the key to your productivity.
